This product can be used whether you use caffeine or not. It provides nice, clean balanced energy for anyone. Its great if you aren't a caffeine user when you need a little extra energy. If you do drink coffee/caffeine, Energy Plus helps to tone your glands so they don't burn out. It also minimizes the negative effects coffee/caffeine can have on your system. Over stimulated Adrenal glands are common with regular use of caffeine and excessive stress. This is a great product to help reverse and guard against this. This is a product I don't use everyday as I find when I use it on a regular basis the energetic effects diminish. You can always take it everyday for the wonderful toning effects it has on our whole system (especially if you are under stress or do caffeine everyday). I do this when my sleep schedule is off, traveling, or going through a stressful period with work projects. I also find it works best taken on an empty stomach and at a larger dosage then recommended (I take double).
