I came across this wonderful product while searching for a vegan source of DHA. DHA is generally derived from fish, leaving the vegetarians without a great source of this important fatty acid. Most people are lacking in DHA though- People are eating less fish in general, due to the contamination issues. Also due to cooking methods the DHA in the fish can wind up greatly diminished. O-Mega Zen is naturally derived from microalgae/marine sources and is guaranteed to be clear of mercury, dioxin and other environmental containments. It has about double the DHA you would get in a 1 gram fish oil capsule! O-Mega Zen can really have an amazing effect on your wellbeing, I felt immediate results when I started this product. If anyone is suffering from depression, anxiety, worry or ADD I would greatly recommend O-Mega Zen to be used daily. If you are stressed and in a high intensity time, you should always take more then your standard amount. Please take it in consideration for children also, who can be picky eaters and lacking in DHA. I think about all the pharmaceuticals dished out on the kids for ADD and adults for anxiety, depression and stress, when it could be as simple as proper DHA supplementation. For optimal effects from this product, consume with or after a fatty meal.
